Polite service, particularly helpful personnel, interesting design. The location was simple, close to Puebla's Cathedral, the beautiful Zocalo across the street. Our warm room was absolutely gorgeous and bed was cozy. The main bar in the hotel had variety of complementary juices, great cocktails, cocktails and gins throughout the day.

The staff were warm hearted, the room was very affordable and I loved cute location. Had the continental breakfast, found it to be generous. Modern design, outstanding service in the entire hotel. Non-alcoholic great cocktails, juices and gins in the lobby bar, private parking place.

Genuinely professional staff, exceptionally comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I had modern, modern rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi, TV set and armchairs. In the morning I had decent eggs, fruit, coffee, cereals and slices of fresh bread. Wonderful location to el parian market.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We booked a junior suite and greatly enjoyed it. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Casa de los Munecos that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The bed was hard here.
